Choose a distinctive, descriptive title that clearly identifies the scope and subject area.
Specify the medical or biomedical discipline(s) the journal will cover.
Articulate the journal's goals, target audience, and types of manuscripts it will accept.
Indicate the number of issues per year (quarterly, tri-annual, bi-annual, etc.).
The candidate should be an established researcher with a publishing record and prior editorial/peer-review experience. Send the updated CV with the proposal.
